The major goal of the upcoming project TICAS (Tackling environmental change Issues of China’s coastal Aquatic Systems: Networking, capacity building and knowledge exchange) is to facilitate the production and dissemination of knowledge required for producing solutions to environmental problems of China’s coastal aquatic systems.
Building on the basic research activities in the ongoing bilateral project ECOLOC, this project will provide an added value with respect to networking and transdisciplinary knowledge exchange at the interface between science and society.
