PD Dr. Tim Jennerjahn talked about environmental problems in coastal areas of China in the Haus der Wissenschaft (Sandstraße 4/5, 28195 Bremen, first floor) at 7 pm.
China is the largest producer of aquaculture goods in the world and its coasts are lined with aquaculture ponds. PD Dr. Tim Jennerjahn presented the ECOLOC project in his lecture and explained the environmental impact of aquaculture facilities to the coastal ecosystems of Hainan.
